Who We Are

CamTable is a browser extension and service operated by an independent developer. For any privacy inquiries or questions about your data, reach us at the contact address below.

How We Use and Share Data

We use your data solely to operate game rooms and provide the features of the extension. We adhere to strict commitments:

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never use or transfer your data for advertising, personalized advertising, or retargeting.
• We never use your data for creditworthiness or lending evaluations.
• We never transfer your data to third parties other than the service providers described in this policy.
• Your data is not read by humans, except where strictly necessary for security investigations, compliance with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.

CamTable's use of information received from Chrome extension APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information We Collect

• Discord account identity: If you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord user ID, display name, and avatar image address.
• Guest display names: If you play as a guest, we store the display name you choose.
• Addon collection: The web addresses of addon game manifests you install, used to keep your installed games available across sessions.
• Active room records and call context: When a game room is opened, we record the Discord channel ID, server ID, and room host name. This record is deleted as soon as the room closes or is abandoned. On Discord Web, CamTable also reads the call's channel and server IDs and participants in the active voice channel from the page to coordinate rooms and overlays.
• Match history: Completed game records, including your account ID, display name, scores, and match outcomes.
• Game action logs: Player moves and turn actions processed by the room server to verify game rules and progression.
• Whisper chat messages: In-game private text messages between two players, kept on the server only while the room is open and deleted when the room closes.
• Extension browser storage: Your browser stores local preferences and state via the extension's local storage: your session token, installed addons list, one-time room join approvals, recently played games shelf, and the open or closed state of the game dock.

Information We Do Not Collect

• No email addresses: Discord sign-in requests only your basic identity. We do not request, collect, or store real email addresses.
• No Discord login tokens: Discord access, refresh, and identity tokens are discarded immediately after sign-in completes and are never saved to our database.
• No session IP addresses or browser details: Your active sessions are stored without IP addresses or browser user agent information.
• No audio or video passes through our servers: On Discord Web, CamTable wraps your own outgoing camera and microphone streams from page load to provide camera effects, game overlays and microphone muting. It does not change them unless you pick an effect or mute, and you can turn this off with “CamTable efektleri” in the panel. These camera and microphone streams are never sent to or recorded on CamTable servers. Discord's call carries main call audio and video directly. Private whisper conversations are direct peer-to-peer audio connections between the two players. Camera overlays are rendered entirely on your own device.

Data Retention Periods

• Game action logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Match history: Automatically deleted after 1 year (365 days).
• Inactive guest accounts: Guest accounts without session activity for 30 days are deleted automatically by our daily cleanup.
• Empty rooms: Empty rooms are cleaned up automatically in minutes (5 minutes in the lobby, 15 minutes during a game).

Account Deletion and Player Rights

You have full control over your data and can delete your account at any time without needing to email us:

• Self-service deletion: Open your account view in the extension panel and select "Hesabımı sil" (Delete my account). Once confirmed, your account, active sessions, and installed addon list are permanently deleted.
• Guest sign-out: Signing out of a guest account or connecting Discord automatically deletes the guest account and its session.
• Match history anonymisation: When an account is deleted, your name in other players' existing match history is replaced with "Deleted player" and your account ID is removed, keeping game scores intact for other participants without retaining your identity.

Third Parties and Service Providers

• Addon websites: When you play an addon game, your browser loads the game page directly from the addon author's website inside a frame. The addon author sees your IP address and browser type. The addon only receives your player name if it declared profile permissions, and never receives your Discord account ID. Remote game calculations are handled server-to-server.
• Whisper connection servers: To establish direct peer-to-peer audio during whispers, public connection servers provided by Google (stun.l.google.com) and Cloudflare (stun.cloudflare.com) and the other player in the whisper see your IP address to negotiate the connection. No relay server is used.
• Hosting and infrastructure: CamTable servers run on Cloudflare's platform. Cloudflare maintains standard technical request logs for security and performance.
• No analytics: CamTable does not use any third-party analytics services, tracking scripts, or telemetry tools.

Where Data Is Processed

Our servers operate on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside of your home country.

Children

CamTable is not directed to individuals under the minimum age required by Discord in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under this age.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date at the top.
